Virtual Currency & Purchases Policy

This policy governs all optional purchases, virtual currency, and microtransactions in Endless TD, developed by Infinite Retry Studio ("we", "our", "us"). By making a purchase or using virtual currency in the Game, you agree to the terms below.

1. Cosmetic-Only Purchases

Endless TD offers optional in-game purchases using virtual currency ("Gems").

Gems may be used only to obtain cosmetic items, such as:

  • Visual effects and particle effects
  • Player icons and profile frames
  • Tower skins and visual customizations
  • Emotes and other appearance-based content

Cosmetic items provide no gameplay, statistical, or competitive advantage.

All in-game purchases are optional. Once you own Endless TD, no additional spending is required to access all gameplay content, unless there is a DLC or other optional add-on.

2. No Pay-to-Win

Endless TD is committed to fair, skill-based gameplay.

Purchasing Gems or cosmetic items:

  • Does not affect gameplay balance
  • Does not impact PvP match outcomes
  • Does not alter progression speed, damage, or performance
  • Does not unlock towers, upgrades, or abilities
  • Does not provide any statistical advantage over other players

All gameplay systems, towers, and progression are accessible without spending additional money beyond the base game. Your success in Endless TD depends on your skill and strategy, not your wallet.

3. No Real-World Value

Virtual currency and virtual items:

  • Have no real-world monetary value
  • Are not redeemable for real money, goods, or services
  • Cannot be transferred, traded, gifted, or sold outside the Game
  • Cannot be exchanged between players
  • Are non-refundable except where required by applicable law

All virtual items are licensed to you, not owned by you. Your license to use virtual items is subject to the terms of our End User License Agreement.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party platforms (e.g., Steam, Google Play).

  • We do not store or process your payment card details. All payment information is handled directly by the platform provider.
  • You must have a valid payment method associated with your platform account to make purchases.
  • You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider or financial institution.
  • Purchases are final upon completion of the transaction, except as required by applicable law (see Section 4A below for EU/UK consumers).

4A. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content purchases under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

However, by making a purchase of virtual currency or digital content and consenting to immediate delivery, you acknowledge that:

  • You consent to the immediate provision of the digital content
  • You acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully provided to your account

If digital content has not yet been delivered, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days by contacting us at admin@endlesstd.com or through the platform's refund process.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU/UK law.

Refunds are subject to the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made:

5. Age Requirements

You must meet the minimum age requirements of your jurisdiction to make purchases:

  • In most regions, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
  • By making a purchase, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use of the Game and any associated purchases

6. Changes & Availability

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice:

  • Modify, rebalance, or remove virtual items
  • Adjust prices, discounts, or availability of items
  • Change how virtual currency is earned, purchased, or used
  • Introduce new items or retire existing ones
  • Reset or alter virtual items as part of updates, balance changes, or bug fixes
  • Modify the conversion rate of virtual currency

No refunds or compensation are guaranteed for such changes, except where required by applicable law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify players of significant changes through in-game announcements or our official channels.

7. Virtual Currency Expiration

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Purchased virtual currency does not expire while your account remains active and in good standing
  • Promotional or bonus virtual currency may have expiration dates or usage restrictions
  • Upon account termination (for any reason), all virtual currency and items are forfeited

8. Accidental Purchases

You are responsible for:

  • Managing access to your account
  • Securing your device and payment methods
  • Supervising minors who may have access to your account

If a purchase is made accidentally or without authorization:

  • Refund requests must be submitted through the platform provider (Steam, Google Play, etc.)
  • We may assist with investigating unauthorized purchases but cannot guarantee refunds
  • Enable platform parental controls and purchase confirmations to prevent accidental purchases

9. Fraud, Abuse & Chargebacks

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove virtual currency or items obtained through fraud, exploits, bugs, or unauthorized means
  • Suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or chargebacks
  • Reverse transactions when required to prevent or remedy fraud
  • Pursue legal action for fraudulent activity
  • Report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities

Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate transaction, your account may be suspended until the matter is resolved. Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

10. Promotional Offers

We may offer promotional discounts, bundles, or bonus virtual currency from time to time:

  • Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions
  • Promotions may be limited in duration, quantity, or eligibility
  • We are not obligated to provide retroactive discounts or price matching
  • Promotional items may have different terms than standard purchases

11. Taxes

Prices displayed may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your location and the platform used.

  • Any required taxes (VAT, sales tax, etc.) are calculated and collected by the platform provider
  • You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to your purchases under local law
  • Tax rates and requirements vary by jurisdiction

12. Service Discontinuation

If Endless TD or its online services are discontinued:

  • We will provide reasonable advance notice when possible
  • You will have an opportunity to use remaining virtual currency before shutdown
  • No refunds are guaranteed for unused virtual currency upon service discontinuation, except where required by applicable law (including EU/UK consumer protection regulations)

13. Legal Compliance

This policy is intended to comply with applicable consumer protection laws, including:

  • U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines
  • U.S. state consumer protection statutes
  • EU Consumer Rights Directive and Digital Content Directive
  • UK Consumer Rights Act 2015
  • Other applicable regional regulations

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If any provision conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, the applicable law shall prevail.
